We always make sure that the products that are shown on the advertised pictures are the products that we deliver and no alteration will be made without consulting you. Following are some of the popular questions are answered. Where do we Deliver Gift?
We deliver everywhere in Bangladesh, however perishable items like – Cakes, Fruit Basket, Flowers, etc. can’t be delivered outside the metro cities. All gifts are available at anytime unless any variation is specified in the product description.
All deliveries are done during the day time between 10 AM to 10 PM. If you have mentioned a specific time of delivery above, we will try our level best to follow the same. We deliver Products by hand that can be delivered to any given address. You will get the option at checkout to select your preferred delivery date and time matched with the recipient's availability. You can request us to call the recipient to confirm the delivery time.
Ordering Time:
Outside of Dhaka city order must be placed before 4 days of desired delivery date to ensure a proper service. During special occasions and festivals, we adhere to the FIFO principle for order processing. That means, if you place your order late (closer to the occasion/festival date), your order might be delivered on the next working day or later. DeshiChain.com does not take any responsibility for such delayed delivery.
Specially for Mother's Day or Valentine’s Day, orders of perishable items like Cakes, Flowers, sweets, fruits etc. will be received till 2:00 PM ( Bangladesh Time) on the day before Mother's Day. Orders placed after this time period may not be delivered on Mother's Day or Valentine’s Day. In case the order is not delivered on Mother's Day or Valentine’s Day, the same shall be delivered on the very next day. Moreover, we do not assure Midnight Delivery of gifts on Mother's Day or Valentine’s Day. Please take in account that Bangladesh is one day advanced in time than UK, USA and Canada time, follow Bangladesh time for this ordering time.
What to do incase of Urgent or Same-Day Delivery Service?
Yes we do. Please order online and call/SMS our international office on +44 7506674257 or send email to service@deshichain.com request a fast track processing. We check orders in a timely manner and we may miss to check your urgent order if you don't contact us. There is no additional charge for emergency delivery service but it is available to Dhaka city only.
Incase of Strike or Road Block or Sudden Flood or Unavoidable situation:
We will contact you and try to find a comfortable time to deliver the gift as soon as possible.
How do we send the confirmation of your order and after the gift is Deliver?
Here in DechiChain we maintain a top class delivery confirmation; you will receive your order and gift delivery confirmation in the following steps:
Step 1: You will receive email as soon as you place an order and complete the payment at DechiChain. Via email we keep you up-to-date about the status of your order.
Step 2: An e-mail will be sent to you to notify that the gift has been delivered.
Step 3: Photo confirmation of the gift along with the recipient to proof that the delivered product is same as you have ordered. If you do not want our delivery person to take the photo of the recipient, please select NO at checkout. Photo confirmation will be processed within 48-72 hours after the delivery day.
Please provide a valid email address while placing the order to receive all the confirmation properly.
What if you don't know the address of the recipient?
Just provide the delivery date, time and recipient's phone number and we will call her/him to find out the address and will deliver the product.
DeshiChain Delivery Policy:
While any of our valuable customers send any item as a gift, is a subject of accepting our delivery policy along with all the terms and condition:
The user is presumed to provide the correct information which is true as well as authentic. We reserve the right to confirm or recheck the information provided by the user.
A copy of your order will be given to the recipient to check the order. Price will not be mentioned on that.
Recipient has to check the gift according to the order and sign the acknowledgment paper.
You will be the first person to know if anything goes wrong such as mistake in the address, damaged or wrong product, and unavoidable circumstance to delay delivery, sudden crisis of particular product and any other unwanted reasons.
In case of EMERGENCY service we always try our best to satisfy the given time window but we do not have any hand on unwanted delay. Please allow reasonable time for the service.
